Ride bars with no nasties and no packaging –
Simply mix up mushed dates, oats, nuts/seeds (and some cacoa or coconut flour if you fancy). Play with quantities until you have a cohesive but not-too-sticky ball. Press it down firmly into a baking parchment-lined tray and pop it in the fridge for an hour or so to harden up. Cut into bar shape/size and wrap in the parchment.
And there you have it: back pocket bounty.
